Chicken thighs taste amazing when they are cooked in the air fryer, and the additional honey and mustard marinade adds another dimension to the flavour – try them out!

Ingredients
- 4 x chicken thighs on the bone, skin on
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Seasonings see notes
Instructions
- Mix together the olive oil, honey and mustard. Also, stir in any seasonings you are including.
- Brush the above marinade over the chicken thighs. Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes if you have time.
- Transfer the chicken thighs to your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 200°C and the timer to 20 minutes.
- Turn the chicken thighs over at around the 10 minute mark. At the end of the 20 minutes, check the chicken thighs are cooked all the way through. If you have a meat thermometer, it should read 75°C. The skin should also be browned and crispy.
Notes
Seasonings
You can just add a little pinch of salt and pepper, or you could add some extra seasoning. I used 1/2 tsp each of garlic granules, onion powder and smoked paprika.
