These air fryer breakfast potatoes are a great way to start your day. They’re crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they’re loaded with flavour.

Ingredients
- 2 x medium/large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Use approximately 1 medium to large potato per serving.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F for about 5 minutes
- Rinse chopped potatoes in water and pat dry with kitchen towel.
- Coat potatoes in oil and sprinkle seasoning over them. Stir so that they are all covered.
- Transfer potatoes to air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Check on them at the halfway mark and give them a shake. Depending on your air fryer make they might take less or more time so keep an eye on them when you first cook them. They are ready when they are golden brown and crispy.
